In the preceding section we showed you how simple it is to generate reports, in just a few steps. You have seen various dialogs, which will now be explained in detail.

 

In the basic function, NotesToPaper Easy uses a standard template for generating and displaying the report. This report will be adequate for the requirements in many cases, as it is closely related to the design of the selected view. However, if you want to alter the output and use these design changes permanently as a template, you have to use further NotesToPaper Easy functions. The following section therefore also shows you how to generate, manage and edit your own templates.
