NotesToPaper Easy reports are always only visible to the person who created them. If you want to make your reports available to other users, you can do this with the Export function .

 

 

Export the report and store the report in the file system.

 

 

 

The icon in the Report Manager can be used e.g. by another user, for importing the report back. The report is then also available to the other user.
