NTP.INI

 

NotesToPaper Easy is configured using the file NTP.INI. NotesToPaper Easy searches for this configuration file in the following sequence:

 

current directory (normally Notes system directory)

Windows system directory

 

The following settings can be set in the configuration file:

 

[NotesToPaper]

NTPDirectory=C:\TEMP

NTPLanguage=9

 

 

NTPDirectory

 

A directory for temporary files. The Windows temp. directory should normally be specified here. However, any (existing) directory can be specified.

If no directory is specified, the directory of the environment variable TEMP is automatically used.

 

 

NTPLanguage

 

The language that is set at the moment for NotesToPaper Easy. The language can be changed by the user during the runtime. The following settings are currently allowed:

 

7 = German

9 = English

 

If this entry is not present, NotesToPaper Easy uses the language settings of the operating system, i.e. if this language setting is German, NotesToPaper Easy will also be set to German, and for any other language (not supported, or for which there is no language pack) to English.

The numbers for the languages are derived from the country codes which are defined by Windows!
